Terminal Runaround (former T&P) -- GCA Claim Code 10

Allow 130 miles basic day runaround account I was run around in the initial terminal after called. I was called at TP090 for 0300 hours on train MAVEW. Engineer Smith was at TP090 at 0330 hours on train IAPAT. Engineer Smith departed the terminal at 0345 hours and I did not depart until 0400 hours.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR SUCCESSFUL ADJUDICATION

1. Copy of your claim.
2. Copies of transaction log or board standings at time of call in order to establish the order both crews were called.
3. BU of both trains showing terminal departure times (run this report at some point in time after both trains have departed the terminal so as to verify the order of departure).
4. Copy of your HOS report.

1. Copy of the HOS report for Engineer Smith and/or his conductor
